Jen McGregor is an Occupational Therapist practicing Psychotherapy in Owen Sound. She has experience supporting adults and youth — neurotypical and neurodivergent — through a wide range of mental health challenges.

Jen takes a client-centred approach, drawing from somatic therapies and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to build individualized plans that reflect each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Her work emphasizes collaboration, self-awareness, and practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

Sessions are available in person in Owen Sound, as well as virtually across Ontario.
